Digital Services

EmuPDF provides digital PDF tools and services. Once premium features are unlocked or services are delivered, the service is considered used.

Due to the digital nature of our services, refunds are limited and evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be approved under the following conditions:

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original transaction.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Subscription Cancellations

If you are on a subscription plan, you may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing, but no partial refunds are issued for the current billing period.

Access remains active until the end of the paid subscription period.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed through PayPal only. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on PayPal and your payment provider.

Before opening a PayPal dispute or chargeback, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can resolve the issue quickly.
